The Fairways restaurant opened in 1982 1.5 km from the current Vilamoura Marina. At the end of 1996, the restaurant was located next to the current Hotel Tivoli Marina de Vilamoura. With a capacity for 120 seats, including the beautiful terrace, it is well known for its excellent cuisine with respect to both typical Portuguese and international dishes, taking into account a wide selection of exceptional national and foreign wines. Over the past 27 years thousands of friends in Britain and several other parts of the world have helped to spread the name Fairways by bringing in new customers and friends, whether they are golfers eager to play on the beautiful courses of the algarve or families looking for days of leisure and rest.
